WARRANTY INFORMATION
Please read carefully! Important notes!

All battery packs and components selling by EV Battery Center are selling as DIY (Do It Yourself), hobby, experimental components, modules,  NOT as a CONSUMER PRODUCT, NOT READY FOR USE, NOT PLUG-AND-PLAY. Buying, installing, using them you are and agree and acknowledge that you have the necessary knowledge to assembly, maintain, properly use, repair, repair, replace components if necessary.  Step by step instructions or complete connecting guide will not be provided in any case.  The battery/BMS have to be installed by a person with an extensive experience and knowledge in electric, electronics and computer software. By purchasing our products you acknowledge that you have all the necessary knowledge and experience to operate with high and low voltage electricity. Will not provide any support, maintenance, installing and repair instructions by phone. All questions about have to requested by email or our website.
With the battery / BMS will be provided the available technical information. The assembling/installing may need additional parts, hardware, cables, relays, fuses, connectors to complete the project, which may or may not be provided.

EV Battery Center warrants each part - Battery module or BMS to be free of defects on the date of sale. EV Battery Center will repair or replace the battery and/or parts of the battery if the components in question are defective in materials or workmanship in the terms below. For the first 30 days after client receive the battery/BMS will provide free shipping to our shop and back to the client in case if is necessary repair or replacement. After 30 days the shipping expenses are solely responsibility of the buyer - for the shipping expencces in both directions.

WARRANTY: DIY(Do It Yourself) BATTERY PACK ASSEMBED - 38V, 46V, 54V - Parts warranty only - BMS - 1 year warranty - as replacement, battery modules/cells - 1 year warranty as parts only. The buyer should be capable to identify the problem, disassemble, return to the seller, receive and and replace the defective parts. Will not provide any service and assistance by phone - request for assitance could be requested by email or the website.
Installed at Hybrid Auto Center - Las Vegas - 2 Years Warranty for 60Ah/14S/54V  or 3 Years Warranty for the 82Ah/12S/46V. Repair under warranty will be provided in our shop only. Installing is not included and will be at additional cost.
Problems due to improper use, overcharging, over discharging, overheating, short connections, higher load than specified are not defects and are not be covered under any warranty. Capacity loss during using or storage of the batteries is not “defect” - is it normal wear. Capacity loss can be different on every battery depends of the usage, temperatures, load, charging. Capacity of the battery is not guaranteed in any case. The real usable energy - comparable to the rated capacity could be 15-20% less, due to the minimum required safe for the battery voltage.  The specifications and voltage / current limits for every battery will be provided. Since we don't control for what application will be used - absolutely no warranty for batteries damaged during using, vibrations, water, dust. The warranty of the battery will be valid only if there is a manufacturers defect of the battery cells - like bad cell or module. It's a buyer responsibility to watch the batteries during using and charging, looking at control voltmeter, the control LED on the BMS and the WiFi diagnostic provided. No one battery pack / BMS provide discharge protection - it's the buyer responsibility to prevent the battery discharging under the recommended voltage. The discharge protection is not applicable - due to avoid sudden stop when reached the minimum voltage.

In case of a problem the buyer have to identify the problem by himself - using the WiFi diagnostic or voltmeter and to report the battery voltages. The defective part should be send for testing and replacement after approval. See the provided voltage limits on the label or specifications. If the battery is over discharged under certain voltage, may not be possible to be charged again with the standard charger. 

WARRANTY: BMS (Battery Management System) - DIY - 1 year warranty - the warranty will be confirmed and approved only after showing correctly connected wires and working BMS by the WiFI diagnostic. Single one wrong wire will burn the BMS - will not be considered as warranty issue. The damaged BMS could be send for repair. Each BMS is calibrated, tested and programmed on same type battery pack for functionality confirmation - before the shipping. Will assume every BMS not working after the installing as damaged during the installation by wrong connection.

WARRANTY: BATTERY MODULES - Leaf  - 6 months DOA - replacement warranty - will be replaced if defective cells reported - with additional information about voltages, photos. Battery modules used without approved BMS and charger will not be guaranteed. Discharged, overcharged, overheated batteries are as considered as improperly used. These modules does not offer BMS protection and is the buyer responsibility to install suitable BMS, cooling, protective circuits. 

WARRANTY: Battery packs, modules, cells - Volt, Tesla, BMW, Prius, Ford etc  - 1 months DOA - replacement warranty - will be replaced if defective cells reported - with additional information about voltages, photos. Discharged, overcharged, expanded batteries are as damaged improper using. These packs does not offer BMS protection and is the buyer responsibility to install suitable BMS, cooling, protective circuits.

WARRANTY: CHARGERS - 1 Year Warranty - replacement or repair - the defective one have to be shipped to EV Battery Center for evaluation - if not repairable - will be replaced. Te charger will be inspected for improper using, like water damage, dust, physical damage, exceed vibrations.

EV Battery Center will not be responsible for any expenses related to installation/removal, electrical system tests, battery charging, loss of time or other expenses which should be considered incidental damages, including all shipping charges after the first 30 days of warranty. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fee’s after the first 30 days of purchases.

If there is a problem in the first 30 days after of the battery pack using, or are not satisfied with the battery pack - we will organize the picking up, at no cost for the buyer. The buyer have to keep the original packaging. After 30 days after receiving the package all shipping expenses in both directions are sole responsibility of the buyer. 

Warranty does not cover overcharged (expanded) battery due to improper connection, defective BMS or charger. BMS will burn if not connected properly and will not protect the battery. The battery pack have to be checked every time before charging or using for the cell voltages and potential problems. If found a problem - immediately contact us and don't use the battery pack. This Battery/BMS should not be used for critical applications. Use at your own risk - is a electronic devices that could fail anytime and to stop protecting the battery.

Warranty is not translatable and stays with the original buyer. We are approved Hazardous Materials shipper which is required by DOT to ship high power Lithium Batteries. All batteries will be shipped only with certified packaging materials. For the return have to be used the original packing only. If the battery is heavier than 65lb - can be shipped only Freight -on a pallet.
